ResQSystem is an online system for games covering communication, administration and incident logging, inspired by real EMS/firefighting systems.

Use of ResQSystem is strictly limited to games and simulations. Entering or processing real third-party personal data (e.g., real patient data) is expressly prohibited.

With a subscription, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable license to use ResQSystem for one server (including one test and one development instance). Parallel use on multiple independent servers is not permitted.

ResQSystem is provided in 30-day intervals. Usage must be prepaid. There is no automatic renewal or charging; renewal must be initiated manually.

If the customer is a consumer under German law, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. If access is provided immediately, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires upon start of use.

ResQSystem is for games/simulations only and is not a medical product. Liability for outages, data loss or other damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The system remains the property of Michael Albrecht (ResQService). The customer obtains a time-limited license for the contract term.

German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
