Our website is hosted by IONOS. When accessing the site, IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer and browser information are stored in server logs for security and operations. Data is automatically deleted according to IONOS policies.

To use ResQSystem, registration is required. We process first/last name, e-mail, address (street/ZIP/city/country), language, roles/permissions, optional avatars/logos and a secure password hash. Users can delete their account at any time; billing data is retained as required by law.

Payments may be made manually via third-party providers such as PayPal, Visa/credit card, Giropay, Paysafecard or Tebex. Payment data is processed directly by those providers. We only store billing-relevant information (invoice amount, date, reference). No automatic charging or renewal.

We use essential cookies (e.g. session cookies for login/language). The host (IONOS) may also set technical/security/statistics cookies. Without essential cookies, usage may be limited.

We may embed YouTube videos, Google Fonts and game APIs. When loading such content, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. Processing is carried out under the provider’s responsibility.

You can contact us via e-mail (kontakt@resqsystem.de). Optionally, communication via Discord is possible (voluntary). An internal ticket tool is available for GDPR-compliant handling of requests.

Depending on the process, we rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/contract initiation), Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligations, e.g. retention) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests, e.g. IT security/server logs).

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Accounting/tax documents are retained according to statutory retention periods (typically 6–10 years).

We have a data processing agreement (DPA) with IONOS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
